1 Age older than 45 years old
2 Patient who was diagnosed as primary osteoarthritis by ACR criteria with knee pain more than 3 months
3 Patient who were radiologically classified in Kellgren and Lawrence classification 2 or 3
4 VAS more than 4
1 History of knee replacement or open knee surgery
2 Previous arthroscopic knee procedure within 6 months prior
3 Previous intraarticular injection within 3 months prior
4 Allergy of NSAIDs Corticosteroid and Lidocaine
5 Currently usage of anticoagulants corticosteroid and indomethacin
6 Patient with severely impaired cognitive function which is unable to evaluate outcomes and follow research protocol
7 Patient with severely illness such as poor controlled diabetes mellitus HbA1C more than 7.5%
8 Significant chronic kidney disease; GFR < 60 mL/minute within past 1 month
9 Patient who is currently or recently participating in any clinical trial
