Individuals aged 50 to 80 years.

Exclusion Criteria

Taking probiotics and/or synbiotics supplements
Taking antioxidants supplements and anti-inflammatory agents
Had depression
Had severe psychosis
Hypothyroidism
Hyperthyroidism
Smokers
