Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Adult male patients (above 21to 45years of age) suffering from infertility.
- •2.Patient who fulfilled the criteria of diagnostic features of Infertility .
- •3.Control group - male healthy individual who have normal semen parameters .
Exclusion Criteria
- •2)Malignancy
- •3)Known patients of mechanical physical cause of Infertility like anti sperm antibodies condition, Obstruction, Surgical process etc
- •4)Known case of severe DM, HTN and other significant disease
- •5)Known case of HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, Tuberculosis etc.
- •6)Non cooperative Patients
- •7)Patients with various genetic syndrome associated with Infertility
- •8)Previous surgery of male reproductive tract
- •9)Erectile dysfunction
- •10)Cryptorchidism
- •11)Uses of exogenous testosterone
