入选标准
- •19- 64 aged, ASA Class physical status I or II, planned general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation, Mallampati grade III or IV, Modified Cormack-Lehane classification IIB, III or IV
排除标准
- •1. Operation required Double-lumen endotracheal tube or wire-reinforced endotracheal tube
- •2. difficult intuation or difficult mask ventilation history
- •3. Mallampati grade I or II, Modified Cormack-Lehan classification I or IIa
- •4. Any anatomical or pathological abnormality around cervial area which influence to endotracheal intubation
- •5. Any dental problem affecting endotracheal intubation
- •6. patient at risk of aspiration pneumonitis
- •7. operation involving cervical area or glottic area
