Inclusion Criteria
Subjects coming for routine checkup/ follow- up to Division of Yoga or department of ophthalmology, belonging to age group- 18 years and above, of both sexes.
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects with following are excluded
-Glaucoma,
-Known cases of gross deviated nasal septum, nasal polyps, any other nasal obstruction,
-Allergic or non-allergic rhinitis,
-Upper and Lower respiratory tract infections or any other significant respiratory disorder,
-Hypertensive patients on beta-blockers or any other drugs affecting the autonomic nervous system, CVS disorders, ANS disorders like orthostatic hypotension, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome etc.,
-Eye infections like conjunctivitis/ keratitis.
