Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Women with \>18 years with previous one LSCS.
- •2\. Singleton pregnancy
- •3\. Vertex presentation
- •4\.Those who fulfill eligiblity criteria for trial of labour listed below.
- •a.Estimated fetal weight less than 3\.5 kg as per the scan.
- •b.Non recurrent indication for previous section.
- •c.Scar thickness more than 3 mm.
- •d.No clinical evidence of cephalopelvic disproportion
- •e.Inter pregnancy interval greater than18 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women with severe intra uterine growth restriction( \<2 kg) and severe preeclampsia,uncontrolled diabetes.
