入选标准
- •1. Women with >18 years with previous one LSCS.
- •2. Singleton pregnancy
- •3. Vertex presentation
- •4.Those who fulfill eligiblity criteria for trial of labour listed below.
- •a.Estimated fetal weight less than 3.5 kg as per the scan.
- •b.Non recurrent indication for previous section.
- •c.Scar thickness more than 3 mm.
- •d.No clinical evidence of cephalopelvic disproportion
- •e.Inter pregnancy interval greater than18 months
排除标准
- •Women with severe intra uterine growth restriction( <2 kg) and severe preeclampsia,uncontrolled diabetes.
