Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients, aged 18–65 years and American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II, undergoing orthopedic forearm surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) patient with literacy problem
- •2\) language difficulties
- •3\) Anesthesiologists physical status III or IV
- •4\) history of psychotic disease
- •5\) alcohol or drug abuse
- •6\) hepatic or renal impairment
