入选标准
- •Participants will be eligible for inclusion if they meet the following criteria:
- •Adults aged greater or equal to 18 years old, including both males and females.
- •Elevated blood pressure within the target range, defined as a systolic blood pressure of 130–160 mmHg and/or a diastolic blood pressure of 80–100 mmHg, based on the mean of three seated measurements taken after a 5 minute rest period, either in the clinic or at home
排除标准
- •Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following conditions:
- •Secondary hypertension or elevated blood pressure attributable to a cause other than essential hypertension.
- •Poorly controlled diabetes, defined as HbA1c > 8%.
- •Recent cardiac event within the past 6 months (e.g., myocardial infarction, unstable angina, or heart failure exacerbation).
