Inclusion Criteria

Clinical diagnosis of COPD, demonstrated hypoxaemia at rest on room air (PaO2<60mmHg) and demonstrated adequate reversal of hypoxaemia (to >60mmHg) with supplemental oxygen, current driving licence.
