Inclusion Criteria
- •Teachers who are employed in public secondary schools
- •Teachers who have been teaching for at least a year
- •Teachers who have at least a NCE certificate
- •Teachers who provide consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Teachers who do not teach one of the FLHE subjects
- •Teachers who were newly transferred into the current school were they teach
- •Teachers who are two years away from retirement
