Inclusion Criteria

1) Diagnosed patients of Pandu will be selected.

2) Patients will be selected irrespective of their gender, religion, occupation and economic status.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with any bleeding disorder.

2. Patients with any major pathology which leads to discoloration of skin

3. Patients with major systemic complication or major disease like Cardiac disease,

Cancer.

4. Pregnant women

it would prove that stress (Atichinta) is one of the causetive factor for Anaemia (Pandu). <br/ ><br>parameters will be assessed in the form of Questionnaire and Case record form related to Anaemia (Pandu) also caused by Stress (Atichinta)Timepoint: day first would be the the day ofinclusion of patient on which he/ she will be interviewed in this cross sectional study.
