入选标准
- •1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis, thoracolumbar compression fracture and constipation;
- •2. Patients with age >= 50 years old and <= 80 years old with clear consciousness can cooperate with clinical data collection;
- •3. Patients with thoracolumbar fractures who have been treated with surgery within one week after fracture;
- •4. The patients with blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome of fracture disease have pain in the affected area, dark purple tongue or ecchymosis, and stringy pulse;
- •5. Patients who voluntarily join the trial and sign the informed consent to enter the study.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with spinal cord or other organ injuries;
- •2. Patients with long history of abdominal distension and constipation before injury;
- •3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental diseases;
- •4. Patients with pathological fracture caused by primary bone tumor, metastatic bone tumor, infection or abnormal endocrine metabolism;
- •5. Menstrual women, pregnant or ready to pregnant women, lactation women.
- •6. Patients with diabetes and galactosemia.
