A semi structured questionnaire will be used for Data collection The questionnaire will be composed of four parts first part includes the socio demographic details the second part will assess the Knowledge the third part will evaluate the attitude and the fourth part will include the practice of Nursing Assistants and Trolley workers with regards to hand hygiene
