Inclusion Criteria

Indication for total knee endoprosthesis in gonarthrosis
- Preserved anterior and posterior cruciate ligament
- UCLA Activity Score 5 or higher
- Male and female patients aged between 18 years and 80 years

Exclusion Criteria

- BMI > 40
- History of knee infections
- Posttraumatic Arthrosis
- After bony osteotomy
- Chronic polyarthritis
- ASA 3-4
- Basic neurological disease with mobility impairment
