简要总结
This study is a randomized control trial ,comparing the effectiveness of video assisted teaching on breast feeding and exclusive breast feeding to the standard care provided by the hospital services in the selected tertiary care hospital JIPMER at pondicherry ,India .the intervention and the control group will be administered with pretest using the knowledge questionnarie and the intervention group will be provided with video assisted teaching on breast feeding skills and exclusive breast feeding and the control group will be provided with the standard care during the antenatal period followed by the delivery both the groups will be administered with post test by the same questionnarie and the breast feeding skills will be assessed by using observation checklist and the primary outcome of the study will be measures will be by theeffect of video assisted teaching on improving knowledge and skill in breast feeding.

- •antenatal primigravida women :18-32 years willing to participate in the study attending antenatal OPD in WCH JIPMER subjects who are healthy are fit for intervention.
排除标准
- •primigravida mothers who are not willing to participate in the study and with obstetrical complications will be provided with standard care by the hospital services.
