Individuals with good oral health; with all upper anterior teeth (canines and incisors) and with vitality; free of caries lesions and previous restorations; good oral hygiene; without cervical lesions (abrasion, erosion and abfraction); absence of periodontal disease; non-smokers. The initial color of the teeth should be A2 or darker compared to the Vita Classica scale.
Individuals submitted to any type of previous bleaching procedure; presenting carious lesions; non-carious cervical lesions; pregnant or lactating; patients with teeth presenting with intrinsic factors (tetracycline, fluorosis, hyperplasia); endodontic treatment; presence of anterior superiors restorations (canines and incisors); patients who report gingival retraction; dental sensitivity or parafunctional habits; patients who have previous dental prostheses; or those who are taking medications containing heavy metals; analgesics and anti-inflammatories.
