入选标准
- •1. Diagnosed cases of Hypothyroidism
- •(TSH level > 4.6 mIU /mL 18 ) who has
- •been suffering from Menorrhagia.
- •2. Menstrual loss > 80 ml, assessed by
- •use of more than 16 soaked sanitary
- •products per menstrual period 21 ,
- •and/or duration of flow longer than
- •3. Reproductive age group (15
- •4.Providing written informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Organic causes of Menorrhagia.
- •2. Severe anaemia ( Hb value less than 8gm/dl).
- •3. History of Bleeding disorders.
- •4. Pelvic inflammatory disease.
- •5. Endometriosis.
- •6. Pregnancy related causes, like miscarriage.
- •7. Patients who are too sick for consultation,
- •unwilling to take part or not giving consent to
- •join the study.
- •8. Diagnosed cases of uncontrolled or life
- •threatening illness affecting quality of life or
- •any organ failure.
- •9. Substance abuse and/ or dependence.
