1. Patients with acute posterior-circulation stroke who were hospitalized within 7 days of onset of symptoms of accompanied by ataxia.
2. Patients agreed for informed conscent.
3. First-ever stroke patients
4. Patients who can understand the content and purpose of test and study.
5. High risk for falling measured through Tinetti test with a score of 18 or less
1. Patients who have difficulty making voluntary participation decisions due to lack of decision-making ability.
2. Patients who have other etiologies that could contribute to gait or balance control, such as visual impairment, vestibular dysfunction, proprioception impairment, or degenerative/inflammatory diseases.
3. Patients with history of seizure
4. Patients who are scheduled for surgical treatment and interventional treatment as priority.
5. Patents using implantable medical devices.
