Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Consecutive patients admitted to the ICU at high risk of
  • developing AKI aged 18 and above (High risk patients
  • identified by risk prediction score16

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients receiving renal replacement therapy.
  • Patients with Admission creatinine of more than 1\.5 mg/dl
