Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Consecutive patients admitted to the ICU at high risk of
  • •developing AKI aged 18 and above (High risk patients
  • •identified by risk prediction score16

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients receiving renal replacement therapy.
  • •Patients with Admission creatinine of more than 1\.5 mg/dl
