入排标准
入选标准
- •Any patient who required bilateral extractions of maxillary first or second
- •premolars indicated for orthodontic treatment under local anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1) Known or suspected allergies or sensitivities to sulfites, amide type local anesthetics or
- •any ingredients in the anesthetic solution.
- •2) Concomitant cardiac or neurological disease.
- •3) Pregnancy / lactation.
- •4) Concomitant use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants,
- •phenothiazine, vasodepressor drugs or ergot type oxytocic drugs.
- •5) Subjects who were on sedatives.
- •6) Subjects who had taken aspirin, acetaminophen, NSAIDS 24 hours prior to administration
- •of local anesthetic.
- •7) Inability to give Informed consent.
