Brief Summary

sing saline as a vehicle can increase the positive reaction of drug patch test, particularly in lichenoid drug eruption. The positive drug patch test results may depend on the clinical presentation, drug categories and patch test vehicles. We recommend to use saline as another standard vehicle in drug patch test.

Inclusion Criteria

patients who were diagnosed with delayed type hypersensitivity CADRs. including DRESS, MP rash, FDE, lichenoid drug eruption, exfoliative dermatitis, Eczematous drug eruption, SJS/TEN and AGEPby dermatologists from outpatient and inpatient units of a tertiary referral medical center, Phramongkutklao Hospital

Exclusion Criteria

We excluded patients with type 1 hypersensitivity CADRs and patients who currently on immunosuppressive drugs
