1. Patient age more than 20 years old
2. Patient with healthy condition; ASA Class I or II
3. Patient whose presence of existing of molar tooth needed extraction (unrestorable condition) which is planned to be replaced with immediate implant placement
1. Smoking more than 10 cigarettes/day (within past 12 months)
2. Poorly controlled diabetes (HbA1c more than 8%)
3. Pregnancy
4. Current use of medications that adversely affect healing (e.g., corticosteroids,
chemotherapeutic, immunosuppressant drugs)
5. Severe chronic periodontitis tooth
6. History of head and neck irradiation
7. History of oral/IV bisphosphonate use
8. Presence of active infection of implant placement area
9. When patient refuses to participate in this research
