Inclusion Criteria
Adult individuals (between 18 and 59 years old) and elderly individuals (above or equal to 60 years) of both sexes will be invited to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Will be used as exclusion criteria urinary infection; pregnant women; breastfeeding women; use of drugs that interfere with amino acid metabolism (example: Ketosteril, B vitamins) and NO production (synthetic estrogen; angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors)

Name Time Method It is expected that the ingestion of jabuticaba can promote an improvement in endothelial function, evaluated through mediated flow dilation, performed before and after the intervention
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected that jabuticaba intake can increase the antioxidant capacity, evaluated through biochemical tests; reduce oxidative stress through biochemical tests; and accelerate muscle recovery, through the maximum voluntary contraction protocol, subjective analysis of muscle pain and muscle thickness
