Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •? Age of 65 years or above
- •? Diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment by a specialist through clinical psychological, neuropsychiatric, and radiological evaluations based on the diagnostic criteria by Petersen et al. (1999\) for mild cognitive impairment
- •? No history of psychiatric illness or head trauma
- •? No linguistic or auditory impairment, with the capability to understand the purpose of the study and consent to participate in the study
- •? Capability to complete the questionnaires and participate in the self\-efficacy enhancement program
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Participation in a similar intervention or program within the past 6 months
- •? Diagnosis of dementia
