? Age of 65 years or above
? Diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment by a specialist through clinical psychological, neuropsychiatric, and radiological evaluations based on the diagnostic criteria by Petersen et al. (1999) for mild cognitive impairment
? No history of psychiatric illness or head trauma
? No linguistic or auditory impairment, with the capability to understand the purpose of the study and consent to participate in the study
? Capability to complete the questionnaires and participate in the self-efficacy enhancement program
? Participation in a similar intervention or program within the past 6 months
? Diagnosis of dementia
