Patients above 18 years to 40 years.
Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis / Apical periodontits patients in mandibular molars
Pain value - according to NPRS Scale of score >=5
No significant medical problems
Patient who could read and understand VAS,
Teeth that had previous endodontic treatment, Periapical Pathology,Immature apex and hot tooth
Analgesic ingestion within the last 4 h,Â
History of any allergic reaction to NSAIDs,
History of peptic ulcers or GI bleeding,
History of renal or hepatic disease,Â
Hemorrhagic disorders,
Pregnancy and Lactation,
Currently taking antiinflammatory agents, anticoagulants, diuretics, oral antidiabetics, lithium, cyclosporine, and methotrexate,Â
Patients on intrauterine contraceptive device.
