Inclusion Criteria

1. Patient having Intercostal chest drainage more than 3 days.

2. Intercostal chest drain insertion at 5th intercostal space laterally in axillary region.

3. Patients having clinical presentation of dyspnea, localized chest pain and non productive cough.

4. Both small and large bore tube included.

5. All three technique standared technique, seldinger technique, and trocar technique included.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients having more than one drain.

2. Patients with shoulder pathology.

3. Patients having spinal deformities.

4. Patients having recent trauma in thoracic spine.

5. Fracture of shoulder girdle.

6. Patients with sensory, cognitive, hearing deficit.
