Inclusion Criteria

�Previous history of preeclampsia

�nulliparity

�short( <12months) or long (72months) inter pregnancy interval

�h/o ART

�family h/o chronic hypertension.

�Obesity (BMI >29.9)

�comorbidities like SLE, chronic hypertension, APS, kidney disease, DM

Exclusion Criteria

1.allergic to aspirin and aspirin is contra indicated for medical reasons

2.refusal for consent

3.significant fetal malformations or presence of aneuploidy

4.low platelet count

5. patient on anticoagulation

6. patient already on aspirin
