- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Previous history of preeclampsia
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢nulliparity
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢short( <12months) or long (72months) inter pregnancy interval
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢h/o ART
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢family h/o chronic hypertension.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Obesity (BMI >29.9)
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢comorbidities like SLE, chronic hypertension, APS, kidney disease, DM
排除标准
- •1.allergic to aspirin and aspirin is contra indicated for medical reasons
- •2.refusal for consent
- •3.significant fetal malformations or presence of aneuploidy
- •4.low platelet count
- •5. patient on anticoagulation
- •6. patient already on aspirin
