Inclusion Criteria

? Meets the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia recommended by the Asian Working Group on Sarcopenia (AWGS) in 2014; <br>? Diagnosed as acute pancreatitis; <br>? Age = 18 years old;<br>? No mental abnormalities or cognitive impairment, informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion Criteria

? Merge diseases that affect limb movement, such as fractures, lumbar disc herniation, etc.; <br>? Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, unable to tolerate intervention; <br>? Withdrawing midway or unable to participate in the entire research process; <br>? During hospitalization, there was abdominal bleeding; <br>? Automatically discharged or deceased patients.
