Inclusion Criteria
Insured persons of the German Pension Insurance Berlin-Brandenburg or the German Pension Insurance North between the ages of 18 and 62 years are included, who have a special occupational problem at the time of the cardiological follow-up treatment (Würzburg screening at least 1 point).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary outcome is occupational participation at the end of the intervention (employment status). This variable is recorded at the end of the cardiological follow-up treatment (start of the two-stage intervention) and six months after completion of the medical-occupational rehabilitation (MBOR week).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Various secondary outcomes will be collected to map health changes and participation opportunities: Cardiac Anxiety (HAF-17), Depressiveness (PHQ-8), Health Related Quality of Life (SF-12), Well-Being (WHO-5), Ability to Work (Work Ability Score), Participation Impairments (IMET).
