Study Overview
Brief Summary
Participation will be selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and outcome measures will be assessed pre-intervention and post-intervention. This study involves the two relaxing techniques on the calf muscle speciificly on the cricketers like foam roller and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular facilitation the duration of study is 4 weeks in which every week 3 session conducted and these technique applied after that jump test will be tested

- Male
Inclusion Criteria
- •Weight-bearing lung test No History of cardiovascular, pulmonary, or neurological disease No H/O skin lesions in the lower limb.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Acute or chronic musculoskeletal system diseases or neuromuscular disease Any gastrocnemius or Achilles tendon dysfunction A h/o musculoskeletal injuries to the ankle joint within the previous 6 months with a history of surgery in the lower extremity.
