- •Children aged 3 to 10 years of either gender of American Society of Anaesthesiologists Grades I
- •and II for elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal tube insertion.

- •1.Anticipated difficult airway.
- •2.Weight < 5 kg or > 30 kg.
- •3.Recent upper respiratory tract infection, sore throat.
