入选标准
- •1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of erosive oral lichen planus;
- •2) informed consent to participate in the clinical trial;
- •3) At least 18 years of age.
排除标准
- •1) Patients with burning mouth syndrome, discoid lupus erythematosus or leukoplakia and other oral mucosal diseases;
- •2) Patients with autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogren's syndrome;
- •3) Patients with serious systemic diseases and tumors;
- •4) Previous history of adrenocortical dysfunction;
- •5) Long term or recent use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants, use of antidepressants, anti anxiety drugs or oral contraceptives;
- •6) Some drugs or amalgam fillings may cause mossy like reactions;
- •7) Recent history of mental illness;
- •8) Pregnant and lactating women.
