Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Patient between the age of 18 to 80 years of both sexes with diabetic foot ulcer admitted in General
  • •Surgery department, SMVMCH
  • •2\) Patient with non\-healing ulcer for more than three weeks.
  • •3\) Both type 1 \& type2 diabetes mellitus.
  • •4\) Patients given informed consent for the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Patient with any associated co\-morbidities, atheroselerosis, peripheral vascular disease.
  • •2\) Patients who 1\)is Pregnant mother, epileptic disorders, cancer patients.
  • •3\) Known or suspected osteomyelitis.
  • •4\) Underwent conventional skin grafting in past
  • •5\) Malignant ulcer
