Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patient between the age of 18 to 80 years of both sexes with diabetic foot ulcer admitted in General
- •Surgery department, SMVMCH
- •2\) Patient with non\-healing ulcer for more than three weeks.
- •3\) Both type 1 \& type2 diabetes mellitus.
- •4\) Patients given informed consent for the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patient with any associated co\-morbidities, atheroselerosis, peripheral vascular disease.
- •2\) Patients who 1\)is Pregnant mother, epileptic disorders, cancer patients.
- •3\) Known or suspected osteomyelitis.
- •4\) Underwent conventional skin grafting in past
- •5\) Malignant ulcer
