Inclusion Criteria
1) Patient between the age of 18 to 80 years of both sexes with diabetic foot ulcer admitted in General
Surgery department, SMVMCH
2) Patient with non-healing ulcer for more than three weeks.
3) Both type 1 & type2 diabetes mellitus.
4) Patients given informed consent for the study
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patient with any associated co-morbidities, atheroselerosis, peripheral vascular disease.
2) Patients who 1)is Pregnant mother, epileptic disorders, cancer patients.
3) Known or suspected osteomyelitis.
4) Underwent conventional skin grafting in past
5) Malignant ulcer
