- •Inclusion criteria
- •The nurses were included who had 6 month of work experience in the wards; and nurses were willing to participate in the study.
- •Exclusion criteria
- •Dissatisfaction of nurses at every stage of the study, nurses transferring to other wards.
- •The questionnaires with identical answers to all questions; Failure to complete more than 50% of the questionnaires items.
