Inclusion Criteria
Mothers of babies admitted to the neonatal unit of Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health and experiencing lactation failure (LF)
Exclusion Criteria
Women who had any contraindications for breastfeeding, mothers who had already received domperidone any time after the delivery of her baby, and infant demise.
