Primary purpose of this study is to observe the effect of slump neurodynamic sliding techniques on Hamstring flexibility, Dynamic Balance and Functional Performance in basketball players of age group between 18 to 25. There is a wide availability of evidence on neural mobilization in lower limbs done on athletes of other sports, however there have been less studies conducted on basketball players.
Basketball players suffer from repeated injuries due to jumping and running. Through this study we want to signify that by providing neural mobilization, changes in neurodynamics and flexibility of hamstring muscles can be improved. Although researches have been conducted by using different types of stretching techniques.

- •Have participated in intercollegiate basketball competitions.
- •Candidates ready to participate voluntarily.
- •Subjects reporting pain free activity and are currently participating in all training programs.

- •Having recent injuries or surgical procedure.
- •Candidate unwilling to participate.
- •Subjects reporting pain during SEBT balance testing.
