For isolate-lesion group, PVP had the highest performance to detect metastatic lesion and highest conspicuousity (90.2%, 221 lesions) followed by HAP (26.5%, 65 lesions). Similar findings were noted in overall-lesion group, PVP had the highest detection rate of 85.1% (57 patients) followed by HAP (10 patients, 14.9%) while NECT and SP showed no superiority over the other phases in lesion detection. About one-third of breast cancer patients had better visualized lesions in HAP than PVP.

  • 1. Patient who were diagnosed with liver metastatic disease.
  • 2. The patient performed CT scan multiphase IV contrast enhancement of liver.
  • 3. The lesion compatible with liver metastatic disease.

排除标准

  • 1. Patients that were not/incompletely performed CT scan of liver with multiphase IV contrast enhancement.
  • 2. The lesion was compatible with primary liver tumor.
  • 3. Others liver lesion such as hepatic cyst or hemangioma.
