Inclusion Criteria

1. Age above 18years

2. Patients undergoing electrophysiological studies (diagnostic or therapeutic) by femoral venous puncture

Exclusion Criteria

1. History of bleeding or clotting disorders

2. History of spinal problems or back pain

3. History of urinary retention

4. EPS done under deep sedation or General anesthesia

5. Hemodynamic instability

6. Heparin usage of more than 4000Iu

7. Patients with accidental arterial puncture
