- •.Patients who have not undergone any non surgical/surgical therapy in the last six months.
- •.Willing to provide informed consent and ensuring their compliance throughout the study

- •. Subjects with history of any kind of antibiotics from past six months.
- •. Smokers and tobacco chewers in any form.
- •. Pregnancy and lactation.
- •. Subjects with any kind of systemic disorders.
- •. Subjects with periapical infection.
