Female patients of ASA I & II, giving written consent for fibroadenoma excision.
Exclusion Criteria
patients with h/o hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics, NSAIDs, chronic painful conditions, significant neurological, cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastric, hepatic, renal impairment. use of antiarrhythmic drugs, refusal to participate
