入选标准
- •All the consenting patients above age of 18 ,posted for elective and emergency caeserean section receiving spinal anaesthesia will be included in the study.
排除标准
- •1.Gestational age of < 37 weeks of pregnancy
- •2.Pre-existing / gestational hypertension
- •3Pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) / preeclampsia
- •4.Diabetes
- •5.Complicated pregnancy (abruption placenta/ placenta praevia / bleeding tendencies)
- •6.Anaemia (Hb <9)
- •7.Cardiac, pulmonary,renal or liver disease.
- •8.Obesity (i.e. body mass index >35 kg/m2)
