Patients diagnosed with solid tumor and receiving chemotherapy for at least 3 months.
Patients having fatigue (score 1 to 4 on fatigue pictogram).
Functional ability as per ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) score 0 to 1.
Patients having advanced stage of cancer
New primary or recurrence of cancer with advanced stage
Patients undergoing concurrent radiotherapy
Comorbidities such as uncontrolled diabetes, renal diseases, hepatic diseases, heart disease
Extreme cognitive impairments
Patients with respiratory distress
Major psychiatric or neurological illness
Patients with anemia, having Hb less than 10
Patients having mucositis grade III
Patients on RT Feeding
Patients allergic to peanut and nutmeg
Any other physical condition or disability apart from the primary disease restricting the patients participation in the study
