Inclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria: The elder men and women above 60 year old that have MS and live in Kahrizak hospice.
Gaining the point of fatigue above 36 from Fatigue Severity Scale.
Being in attacking stage of disease.
Unwilling to participate in meetings lass than 10 meeting for any reason.
