Inclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria: The elder men and women above 60 year old that have MS and live in Kahrizak hospice.
- •Gaining the point of fatigue above 36 from Fatigue Severity Scale.
- •Being in attacking stage of disease.
- •Unwilling to participate in meetings lass than 10 meeting for any reason.
