入选标准
- •Patients having stage II and stage III periodontitis ,
- •PPD >= 5mm,
- •CAL >= 3mm,
- •Presence of 2-3 walled defect with radiographic depth >= 4mm
排除标准
- •Systemically compromised patients e.g.- Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiovascular disorders etc, Patients who are on medications that could interfere with wound healing and bone metabolism., Pregnant and lactating females.
- •, Current and past smokers, Patients who are treated for any periodontal ailments in the past 6 months
- •Grade II and grade III mobile teeth, defect extending to a root function area
