Inclusion Criteria
Patients having stage II and stage III periodontitis ,
PPD >= 5mm,
CAL >= 3mm,
Presence of 2-3 walled defect with radiographic depth >= 4mm
Exclusion Criteria
Systemically compromised patients e.g.- Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiovascular disorders etc, Patients who are on medications that could interfere with wound healing and bone metabolism., Pregnant and lactating females.
, Current and past smokers, Patients who are treated for any periodontal ailments in the past 6 months
• Grade II and grade III mobile teeth, defect extending to a root function area

Name Time Method To assess the clinico-radiographic outcomes of placement of PRF and bone allograft (sticky bone) for treating periodontal IBD. <br/ ><br>To assess the clinico-radiographic outcomes of decortication along with the placement of PRF and bone allograft (sticky bone) for treating periodontal IBD. <br/ ><br>To compare and correlate the difference in the clinico-radiographic outcomes of sticky bone with and without decortication for treating periodontal IBDTimepoint: Day 0(baseline) , 6 months
