Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients having stage II and stage III periodontitis ,
  • •PPD \>\= 5mm,
  • •CAL \>\= 3mm,
  • •Presence of 2\-3 walled defect with radiographic depth \>\= 4mm

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Systemically compromised patients e.g.\- Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiovascular disorders etc, Patients who are on medications that could interfere with wound healing and bone metabolism., Pregnant and lactating females.
  • •, Current and past smokers, Patients who are treated for any periodontal ailments in the past 6 months
  • •Grade II and grade III mobile teeth, defect extending to a root function area
