? Met the diagnostic criteria for stroke, and confirmed by CT or MRI; ? The first disease was unilateral hemiplegia, and the Brunnstrom stage of the affected upper limb was ? -- ?. ? The course of the disease is 7 days to 6 months; ? Age 18-85 years old; ? No aphasia, no sensory impairment, no serious cognitive dysfunction (AMT=7 points) ? no serious heart, lung, kidney and other related diseases; ? Patients gave informed consent to this study and signed informed consent.
<br>1. progressive stroke; <br>2. The lesions were located in the brain stem or cerebellum; <br>3. Skin damage or infection on the head or affected upper limb affecting the electrode; <br>4. Patients with craniocerebral trauma or malignant tumor; <br>5. Other neuromuscular and bone and joint diseases affecting the motor function of the upper limb; <br>6. Metal implants and pacemakers in the brain; <br>7. affected side brain skull defect.
