Inclusion Criteria
Clinical diagnosis of idiopathic PD by a neurologist, Hoehn and Yahr stage I to III, independent walking,at least graduated from elementary school, medical stable, and no cognitive impairment (mini-mental state examination [MMSE] score ≥ 24).
Exclusion Criteria
Unstable medical conditions, dementia, drug addicts, tumor history within five years and other comorbid medical diseases known to interfere with participation in this study.
