1 Patients in between 18 to 60 years of age
2 Patients having four or more classical signs and symptoms of Karshya
3 BMI < 18.5 kg/m2 ( according to WHO )
1 Age below 18 year and above 60 Years
2 B.M.I above 18.5kg/m2 will be excluded
3 Pregnant and lactating women
4 Patients having major illness like cardiac diseases and chronic renal failure etc & also the involvement of other systemic disorders
5 Patients having karshya due to Genetics, Pregnancy, Drug induce, Addisonâ??s disease, Hyperthyroidism and due to other hormonal disorders
6 Tuberculosis
7 IDDM (insulin dependent diabetes mellitus )
8 Psychological Disorder
