Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•Adult patients (\>\=16 years)
•Admitted to participating Spinal Cord Injury Units
•Between January 2018 and January 2020
•Acute traumatic spinal cord injury as documented by ICD coding

Exclusion Criteria

•Transferred to participating spinal injury units more than 7 days following injury
•Unable to access pre\-hospital and ED records
